Question:

What are the chances of getting my money back from an ebay fraud deal?

I didn't notice till I bought & paid for an item from a very sketchy suspicious seller.

Their feedback ratings were high, but the positive ones were mostly left by the same people. A lot of those who left the negative feedback said the seller sold counterfeit products. The seller is from china. I paid for the item yesterday, and now i'm sort of sure that the item I will recieve is going to be also fake.

What is the best thing to do in this case? What are my chances of getting my money back? Any constructive advice would be verrryyy appreciated.

  1. OK, there is a problem there. As long as they told you it is a fraud or off brand or something like that, the you cannot get your money back. I would leave a VERY NEGATIVE feedback. BUT, if the seller refused to tell you that, then report it to EBay and they should help you get your money back. The chances are not very good that you will get your money back, just be sure in the future to check the item description and read ALL the feed backs in the last 1 -2 months. If the majority of them are positive, I would trust him, but make sure they are all not from the same person. Hope this helps.
