If you are not Canadian, slim to none. Generally most cops do their "hours" as security guards before writting the exams.

There are lots of security jobs.  Your chances would depend on your experience and where you are coming from.  You have to be able to provide adequate information (proof) for a background check and be legally allowed to work in Canada (ie. have a work permit, be a resident, etc.)
