The key is to get a protective coat for your skin.  First thing you do when you get there is take the fryer grease and slather it on your skin.  That will form a protective layer so that your skin doesn't develop acne.

To be honest working in a fast food place does increase your changes of gettin acne.

The atmophere is very greasy. I know it sounds daft but it does linger in the air and being around fried food all day along with the heat it all creates will cause spot if you are prone.

Your chances are pretty high, but there are things you can do to decrease the likelihood of becoming a zit-face. I suggest using witch hazel to clean your face before and right after work, and maybe even on your break. Don't buy a brand-name astringent like clearasil because they have too much alcohol in them. They strip yousr skin of it's NATURAL moisture (witch hazel doesn't, and it costs like $1.50 at walmart). Over-drying your skin like that actually activates your oil glands, causing them to over-produce oil to compensate for the loss. That, of course, makes acne worse. The other thing you can do is not eat the food, or at least choose the healthier alternatives. Eating greasy food really does give people pimples. Oh, and avoid the free soda and drink lots of water. BTW witch hazel can be found in the same aisle as bandaids and stuff, right next to the peroxide and alcohol.
