What are the chances of me doing time for my first offense I'm being convicted of a felony?

i currently stoled some stuff from an electronics store and it was my first offense so i dont know whats gonna happen the only other thing i had was a ticket for driving without license wich was a misdemeaner.im only 16 by the way.

  1. It all depends on your judge..and your lawyer. You can receive a little as community service or as much as time in Juvenile Hall.  


  2. The only thing you have going for you is age. That is major factor of you going to jail. Look at it like 2 strikes. You probably receive probation, depending on the judge. But, the next strike you get, they are going to bring up everything about your past, and smash you. This is no joke, you don't wanna see what prison is like. Once you go there, your soul is forever changed. Plus it wasn't a violent crime, that helps too. I'm telling you, what they are probably going to say. Stay in school and get a job, NOW!!!!
