What are the chances of me havings twins?

My papaw (grandpa) is a twin, and he had two sets of twins with the same woman. (my grandma). My mom didnt have twins and neither did any of her brothers or sisters!!!

Depends. If the twins were not identical then you are more likely to have them than someone with no twins in their family. Non-identical(fraternal) twins happen because your body releases more than one egg at a time each month and they both get fertilized. Identical twins happen when one egg splits accidentally in two. If you come from a family where the women release more than one egg per month then you are more likely to have twins yourself. I can't give you odds though, I am not a great whiz at math! lol
