What are the chances of me swapping from Clev, Oh to Al, Fl, or SC?

Question

Preferably Mobile, Al, Pensacola, Panama City, & Tampa Fl, or Charleston, SC. Earliest I'b be able to swap is Dec,'06 due to lease constraints with my apartment. My senority date is 2/08/97. Currently, I'm a clerk in the Cleveland, Oh P&DC. Also, I'm a 10 point disabled veteran. I have perfect attendance & am an OJT Trainer.

I don't understand what you mean by swapping, but Pensacola is a great place to live! =)
