  1. Slim if any, most likely it would be visitations and depending on what they did to be convicted of a felony in the first place.  


  2. I don't think they can get joint custody maybe just some supervised visits ask a lawyer they would be able to tell you better!

  4. Although having a felony on their record would not look good, if that person is the child's (father I'm assuming?) they can still get joint custody IF they comply with all the rules and such.

    It would also depend on the type of offense..for example, if the offense was child abuse or molestation, the judge will frown upon the parent more than if it was theft.

    It will basically depends on the judge but it is most likely the person could get at least visitation.


  5. A criminal record would definitely not look good. But it really just depends on what types of charges the person has. There's so many things that come into play with custody it's hard to give an answer with so little information.

    Just keep in mind that a judge is going to look at what is in the best interest of the child.
