What are the chances of water getting into a cai on a truck?

I just recently Purchased a Cold Air intake for a dodge ram and I was wondering what are the chances of water getting in the motor through the Intake on the Truck, It sits up off the ground fairly well. I live in Eastern Kentucky, It rains sometimes but not a great deal, And Is Drizzle from the road enough to Destroy the engine., I mean like As long as it isnt submerged in water wont it be alright?

rain even hard rain is fine the only problem is if you drive through a lake lol

Just get a bypass valve for it, it'll keep the moisture out of your engine, and it's always good to have no matter what size or type of vehicle it is ya know!

it will be fine as long as you dont submerge it in water

yeah itll be alright check for any cracks or openins to be sure though...
