What are the chances that I stay at my current school if I'm a senior and just moved?

I'm an upcoming senior. my school is overcrowded & wayyyyyy packed..

but i just moved. what are the chances i get to stay?

i get good grades (3.9 GPA)

i take AP courses

i hold officer positions in clubs.

Many schools now allow for out-of-district students to attend based on the criteria you mentioned above, a clause in the No Child Left Behind Act, variance/out of bounds paperwork, and if you provide your own transportation to and from school.  I would immediately contact someone from your school to talk about your situation.  Usually the principals are available over the summer because they continue to hire new faculty.  There are always secretaries and maintenance workers too during summer time.  Someone should be able to provide you a way to be in communication with your principal.
