If you are willing to pay for it, your chances are 100%.  I have been there, but it was a long time ago.  If you don't want to shell out the coin, then your chances are probably still pretty good, unless you resemble a beast.

Practically zero unless you want to pay for it.  A guy that has "desperate" written all over his face is not attractive in any way, shape or form and the "locals" (as mentioned by the other muppet) will not touch you with a 10 foot bargepool

I alway did when I was there.  There are lots of great girls that are locals and if worst comes to worst they have an amazing red light district.  So I can say for a fact that if you don't get some action its your own fault.  Loosen up and have fun! Amstedam is a great town.
