  1. Come to Glasgow. Scotland is considerably cheaper than the rest of the UK, and Glasgow has tons of job opportunities.


  2. Birmingham is a lot cheaper than London, for instance, and it's quite a large and busy city. Crime in Birmingham is quite low, but i'm not sure about jobs there.
