What are the classiest drinks you can buy?

I already asked this question, and I got great recommendations so I want some more :) People already told me Cosmopolitan, Manhattan, Side Car, Gin & Tonic... Any more ideas? I tend to like drinks that are more sour or dry, I'm not such a fan of very sweet drinks or orange juice in drinks. But any recommendations that aren't trashy would be great. Thanks!
