  1. At it's most basic, behavior can be described as typical and abnormal, according to social, biological, cultural, or some other norming reference- in other words, what's considered normal can change based on where and when (in time) you are.  For a list of abnormal behaviors (according to today's norms), do a search for the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (4th Edition).  This is used by psychologists, physicians, and others to determine abnormal behavior, and has been modified several times, and is considered to be a work in continual progress.


  2. Specify, please.  Are you looking for classifications for individual types of learning disabilities?

  3. Educationally, several terms are in use at this time, depending on the state you are in. In Florida we have switched to Emotional/Behavioral Disability.

    Other states use Emotionally Handicapped, Emotional Disturbance and Serious Emotional Disturbance.
