There are 'k-rated' transformers that are for use in systems that produce large amounts of harmonic currents.

Standard 'step down' transformers (like a 480V 3-phase to 120/208V 3-phase)

A handful of 'step up' transformers (although they are very inefficient).

They make some that have 200% neutrals, or some with an isolated ground (primarily for panelboards feeding computer equipment.
