What are the colors of Tuscany?

I am doing my kitchen over, new paint, curtains and k***s on the cabinets. Any ideas for colors? Indexpensive design ideas? Thanks!

Some good tuscan colors are red, orange, brown, etc.  Also, bright fluorescent lights are a big NO.
