  1. that depends on what you're really trying to dispose...

  2. Mostly done by a Phone Call, Cellphone SMS or in Person

    sample

<It's not you, It's me... Sorry break na tayo...>

  3. It's sad, the Smoky Mountain is still smoking. The Philippine government had implemented only a fraction with regards to ecological waste management program. They need to send a stronger message to the Filipinos how to recycle their garbage and be friendly to their environment by educating them on free awareness programs. Also, they could use the media and advertise more about going green. I'm sure other countries would help them allocate funds on this kind of environmental measures.

  4. 1. it is important for them to have a secluded place for trash or rubbish alone which would not affect the people residing near it.

    2. continue implementing the separation of recyclables and decaying ones.

    3. how? they should provide for huge trash bins for every street. if you've seen the big metal bins in other countries, that would be good. one for recyclables and biodegradables.

    3. the collection should still be everyday given the big population of people living in the metro.

    4. those who couldn't follow the segregation should be reprimanded and punished later on.

  5. the government should encourage recycling and provide incentives to businesses that are willing to handle it. also the gov't should be the leader by starting to recycle it's own waste. and you guys need to quit pooping in the rivers.

  6. Garbage, poops and pees are usually just about everywhere and anywhere such as: next/behind the buildings, trees, streets, river (Pasig), plastic buckets, bottles, papers and open trash... smelly and filthy gross! No Philippine government intervention whatsoever.

  7. This is whats happening here.

Our rubbish are half and half...half will be properly handled (not quite sure if it is really handled properly, since its seems like its just a show-off), and the other half will go to the nearest creek, side-streets and nearby posts.

People obviously lack knowledge in handling their waste disposal. But even if the public are knowledgeable with it, people who handles garbage (a.k.a DENR or the Waste Management Division), doesnt know how to address the concern. I am no engineer, and I understand the landfill philosophy but it doesnt mean you'll pick it up somewhere then literally dump it in a bigger place.

I am not asking for a miracle of stone age to computer age improvement. I just hope that everyone could be well-versed with regards to this issue. My concern is primarily for health reason. We dont want to be like India in a few years.
