What are the competitive threats facing e-busines?

I have an idea what the answer is something like Operations, Expansion ,Software, Traffic, any one have a more detailed answer

Price is a threat, as consumers are able to very easily compare prices amongst multiple retailers.

Local businesses are a threat- they can provide hands-on customer service that you cannot, and consumers get their products immediately, versus having to pay for, and wait for, shipping.

For Operations, Expansion, etc, I would actually consider that a competitive advantage of e-business.  You can locate in any low cost area, and do your best to create the most efficient, low cost operation possible, without the overhead of a brick and mortar business.
