What are the consequence for an illegal immigrant during court for a dui?

my friend has a court appearance but he doesnt have a green card ...and he received a dui he was put on probation for a whole year he met with his counselor and everything went great but this is the final court appearence... Do they really look at if his legal or not??

That would have been dealt with at the first court appearance. It was an oversight, or ignored intentionally.

Nothing. The illegal aliens don't need to follow any of the laws the U.S. citizens do. They don't need drivers licenses, car insurance, and never get in trouble for a DUI.
