What are the consequences for a company who record a business call in a 2 party consent state?

A company called me and recorded the conversation and never told me.

They told you.  You just were not listening at the time.  Every company large enough to have recording equipment AUTOMATICALLY plays a warning at the start of EVERY call.

It matters who made the call.   So, if the state the company is located is 1 party consent, then that is all that matters.  If the company was in your state, then, yes, they are required to inform you of this since you indicated it is 2 party consent.
