What are the consequences of being at Baker Beach late at night?

If I were over 18, would I be arrested? I live nearby and was planning on taking a stroll at the beach, but was planning on parking first. What are the consequences? Do the police patrol that area periodically?

It is patrolled. The beach closes at 10 Just be careful!

After the Park Rangers do a sweep to clear people out the police may stop anyone.  Hey you can't blame them for liking to go 4 wheeling at night. -lol

Take a flashlight and walk your dog.  Carry a plastic bag for the poo, and you might not look too suspicious.

If you are not too obnoxious, the first time you should just get a warning.
