What are the consequences of drinking a lot of soft drinks?

  1. kidney failure

    diabetes

  2. A lots of sugar, preservatives and the soda-bi carb makes you fat, ugly and affects your skin in addition to kidnew failure etc.  

  3. Gas.  If they're not sugar-free than you can also be aware of your elevated risk of Diabetes, weight gain, and eroded tooth enamel, to name a few.

  4. Weight gain, cavities, damage to tooth enamel, diabetes, it costs money, provides no nutrition, need I say more?  Same goes for sports drinks.  Drink H2O instead. It's healthy and it's free.

  5. you get fat and your stomach inflates

  6. you can develope kidney faliure, gain weight, and develope bad skin. and its easy to just quit overnite, you can start by cutting back on how many you drink a day.

  7. weakened teeth enamel, more likely to get cavities and it's hard on your kidneys.

  8. you get fat dehydrated and u will be very unhealthy

  9. will lets see one night we had 5 cases of pop and 4 bottles of pop and the next day their was not a bit of that pop left and man was i hyped up on caffeine my hand was shaking and i was wide awake all night and half the day on the chat line then out of nowhere i crashed  

    we ant never had that much pop agen that was when i was in 10 grade i thank 03-04

    and that was all by my self by the way

    that was a fun night i tell you what

  10. getting extremly sick and for the funny side of things getting really hypoactive with all that sugar running around in your bodie. and for the sad side you could die of kidney failure obest diabetes and thats all that i can think of

  11. Well people pretty much covered it except no one said that you would have to pee very often...I think that is a consequence
