The bouncers questioned if it was me and got the police over who asked me questions and told me to do the signature of the driving license which I knew how to do. Then he wrote down the details like address, etc from it to his notepad and he took a home number off me and I (stupidly?) have him my number just incase he rang the number there and then. He did let me into the club but he said "so you are not lying to me because this is an offence" and i said "no". Now I'm bricking it, what could happen if they took this further?

  1. Security will most likely confiscate it and throw you out.

  2. You have commit ed a fraud crime which could give you a record or a fine but seeing as they let you in they cannot with reason carry it further because they have to justify letting you in when they were suspicious of your ID ~~

  3. 10 years in prison for fraud.

just playin but if your over 18 anyways and trying to get into a 21+ with another ID that might stand for identity theft and underage drinking , maybey i dont know for sure

  4. They won't.  Relax.

  5. If the cop wanted, he could press charges against you for false identity. Basically pretending to be someone that you are not, which is a misdemeanor. But that's only if he is a d**k.

  6. you can be charged with possession of a false document, and actually since 9/11,you get caught with a fake i d ,you are possibly looking at some jail time.and quite honestly,i hope you get it,all that lying and forgery ,spent just to get into a club, thats real intelligent.

  7. I don't think its going to be anything to worry about.
