Has there been any legitimate studies on too much protein with healthy kidneys?

  1. protein usually comes with fat, most people dont get enough protien.

    As long as your working out you can eat all the protein you desire and I'm pretty sure you wont be able to overdue it.  


  2. If you have healthy kidneys theres pretty much no such thing as too much protein but 1g-1.5g per pound is good enough.

  3. just make sure to drink a good amount of water throughout the day and u will be fine.  

  4. If you consume WAY TO MUCH protein than your body has to produce a amino acid to digest it and in order to do that is draws calcium from your bones. So as long as you are taking in a good amount of CALCIUM (NOT MILK) than you are fine. The reason I say not milk is that it has the hardest protein to digest and not enough calcium in to make up for the protein that needs to be digested. Good Luck!
