What are the contract terms for AFROTC?

After completing the program (graduating)?

I am really wondering about reserve times after active duty obligation if fulfilled.

Your obligation should be 8 years total, at least 4 of which must be active-duty.  

Also, a friend from West Point told me that your reserve years are inactive (meaning you don't attend the weekend training sessions).
