First , I'd like to offer another perspective on Casa Loma. I went there with my parents when they visited me and it was not worth the 15 dollar price of admission. To call it a "castle" is a stretch since it was only complete in 1914, it's really a ostentatious building intended to look like a castle.  And there really wasn't anything important that happened in the building since then.  The indoor pool, would have been interesting to see but it's been drained. The gardens are ok...

So what should you do?

Take advantage of Toronto's greatest asset- it's  unique neighborhoods. I would do a walking tour of Chinatown,The Annex, and Kensignton Market- three areas adjacent to each other in downtown Toronto. I would also check out the marvelous St. Lawrence Market on Front Street, and the newly renovated Royal Ontario Museum on Bloor.  I

The waterfront has great free music.  Casa Loma is a castle in the heart of the city and worth visiting.  The Ontario Science Centre is a hands on museum and a lotta fun.  Visit Chinatown and Greek Town and sample the food.  The Eaton Centre is a HUGE mall.  Canada's Wonderland up north and the Zoo are also well worth visiting.  Cruise Yonge Street, the underground tunnels and the cool shops on Bloor.
