You don't have a choice here. The flexrail will only except an atomic neox binding

Ideally, '05/'06 Atomic NEOX 412 or 614 depending on your DIN, 76mm brakes.  Remember that these are the ones with the revised, lighter aluminum frames.

However, any model year NEOX binding will work.
