That's depending on what kind of fishing.

Usually everybody wants to get a marlin, if that is what you want, the less expensive is a 28' cruiser, they go out for 8 hrs, and cost is $450 USD plus fishing license, live bait, lunch, drinks, and tips.

You have to make reservations at least 48 hrs.

Blue Cabo's answer is good.  There are so many variations to the sport fishing experience.  It really depends on what you want to catch, how much you want to spend.  You can get a panga all the way up to a yacht with a full crew.
