What are the costs for refurbishing a flat?

I am planning to buy a flat in London and it needs refurbishing.

The kitchen and the bathroom need to be changed.

Does somebody know how much a kitchen and how much a bathroom will cost?How much the fitting will cost?

Rough guess, 3-5k for a kitchen inc fitting   2-3 k for a bathroom inc fitting  all dependant on what style ect......
