I am pretty sure all countries are attending with the excpetion of the some countries that cannot support their athletes such as some africian countries. You can also check out the opening day cermonies for all the countries competing will have walk around the stadium.

Why don't you tune in next week, and watch the opening ceremonies, and see for yourself?  I am sure there must be an official list somewhere on line, but it might be changing from day to day, just as the list of Americans keeps changing, due to injuries, etc.
