like what is the country that we need to be from to et in the NBA and how do we get i the NBA

You don't need to be from any certain country. There are rules and such about age and I guess they have some requirements and as we see in recent news that sometimes politics plays a part in rare cases but you have players from Spain, Argentina, France, China, Italy, Germany, African countries, Australia, etc.

You need to have a team in the US. The NBA is a professional basketball association of national teams from each state (well, not EVERY state has a pro team, but it's a national association.)
