    Italians have huge families, Australians dont.

    Italians cheat while playing soccer, Australians dont.

    Italians believe in a degenerate dogma, Australians dont.

Italians live in both places.  They both have an east and west coast.  They both have an island nearby that is considered part of their country.  They both have a wine-growing industry.  They both have at least one fine Opera house.  In both places you might get sunburn on Christmas day.  Both are home to an ancient aboriginal civilization.  Both places have cultural roots in other nations (Greece and Britain). Both have mountains.  Both places raise sheep and produce wool. Both have a thriving film industry.

  5. I'm italian and I can say that we are not so similar to the australian... yeah... we have a lot of coast (but so the USA) and... on Christmas Day you can't get a sunburn in Italy! Here is very cold in winter...

    Wine is the only thing we have in common, I think...
