  1. Local government wage rises are a big one with strikes due on wednesday. In addition to this they have to meet services while attempting to restrict rises of council tax, there is ongoing debate about how high and adequate the government block grant should be and how much should be raised locally, there is also the issue of PFI to fund services and resources  


  2. right, too many liquid lunches, you know when the managing director says to his supervisor " i am just going out to get some lunch" then he drives off! goes to a highly sophisticated restaurant where  he/or she? meets the opposite s*x or same s*x too indulge in non-business talk then when it comes too paying the tax: he or she will claim it as buisness expenses...wow now thats all over i am just going out for a business lunch ooo wow

  3. The way accounting is taught today amounts to widespread dishonesty.

    Dishonesty is by far the biggest problem.

    Numbers and dollars are very much the same they were 50 years ago but man has found new ways to pull fast-ones on the companies usually for 1 or more persons personal gain.
