What are the current problems in France?

I need this information for my girl scout troop, they have to pick one problem and choose how they would solve it.

  1. the most important problem is that people have been living in such a wonderful country with so much advantage (health, education, public transport, retirement,etc..) that they take it for granted and spend their time complaining!!!

  2. our biggest problem is that french people want to work less but earn more! impossible. French are freacking lazy a**. There is a law who say that it's ILLEGAL to work more that 35hours a week... isn't it sad?

    That is our socialist side (limit comunist).

    People are fed up with that. Nicolas Sarkozy who runs for president id pro liberalism. He is the solution.

  3. Unemployment : the unemployment rate is very high in France and it's a key issue for the presidential election.

    Homeless people.

    Presidential elections (they'll take place in April and May).

    Racism.

    Global warming.
