What are the damages to your body if you take aspirin? Please explain.?

I read that it damages your kidney or liver.

i just need to be sure.

Please explain how it damages that part of your body.

  1. If overused aspirin can cause gastric ulcers that may bleed. This is the biggest risk. Taking just a baby aspirin every day is not likely to cause this. Taking higher strength aspirin several times a day for long periods or taking very large doses put you at risk for an ulcer. Aspirin is not known to cause liver or kidney damage at normal doses in people with a healthy liver and kidneys (it can damage the kidneys at large toxic doses) Large amounts of Tylenol can harm the liver. Aspirin thins the blood and can make you bleed easier.
