The addiction..the other night I was playing a new game...and the next thing it was 3 am....I was shocked! haha..but it's true...

And if you play too much in the dark and its a game with flashing lights and it's close to your face, you can possibly have a seizure that's what it says..although it's never happened to me or anyone I know....

it could help you get glasses. What i mean is when you star into it for a long time your eyes hurt as soon as you stop and that could cause you to get glasses.

One good thing is it can help created human reflexes.
