  1. Putting off $60 in alignment can burn up $200 in tires, even cause a blow-out on the highway, resulting in damage, injury, even death.

  2. The same as the dangers in not being able to steer properly.

  3. Excessive or uneven tire wear.

Steering wheel pulls to the left or right causing front end wear and tear.

Feeling of looseness or wandering causing front end wear and tear.

Steering wheel vibration or shimmy causing front end wear and tear.

Steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead causing front end wear and tear.

Think of it this way. Research indicates that the average car is driven about 12,000 miles per year.

A car with toe alignment just 0.34 degrees (Just 0.17 inches) out of specification has dragged its tires sideways for more than 68 miles by the end of the year!

  4. if you hit a pot hole you can lose control of the car. Also you could break the tie rods or a ball joint and that will cause your tire to fold in and fall off. Could break your axle. You completely lose control and usually break the brake lines so you cant even stop.
