What are the dangers of not following traffic laws?

So i have to write a 5 page essay on the dangers of not following traffic laws, and i cant find any information. Does anyone have a site that will help me? p.s. Im a minor and i live in ohio

First off, sit down and think of all the things that can go wrong by not following the traffic laws, one by one.  Start with speeding and direction.  Work your way towards signage and signaling.  Consider a couple of obscure thoughts such as noise and oversized tires, lights, and even cell phone use.  You will easily have 5 pages.  Report on the end results of each and the cost for all those that do follow the rules, such as insurance costs, mental and physical agony.

Just read the newspaper or look on the Internet, there is something there everyday about some idiot racing, speeding or killing someone because he or she do not follow the traffic laws.
