  1. explosive diarrhea

  2. dehydration , drink water take yougurt

  3. Waste much time on the toilet. Need to wear diaper.

  4. Becoming dependent on them is the first big issue. Lack of fluids in your system (bowels and intestines) headaches because of lack of fluids. Loss of weight and nutrients and vitamins which will cause anemia, loss of smell when you get too vitamin deficient, osteoporosis because the body will pull all the calcium out of your bones to keep the body alive (my body is doing all this now because I have Gastroparesis and can't eat food) also your body will pull all the protein out of you tissues and muscles and your muscles will atrophy.  These are a few of the things that can happen, there are more too numerous to mention but these are some bad ones so if you are thinking of using them on a daily basis, DON'T!!! It would be a huge mistake. I have not been able to eat food for 7 years but have had Gastroparesis for almost 8 years. My bowels shut down 8 years ago when I got this disease so I have had to depend on the laxative the Dr put me on 8 years ago so I know what has happened to my body because of it. The Dr has to give me IV bags of vitamins and minerals because I can't get them from my food. He just started giving me the IV's last month. They did an MRI that showed my brain was vitamin deficient, it's normal now as long as I get the IV's.
