You need to drain it out and put in the specified grade of oil. The two lubricants have different properties and cannot be mixed or interchanged.

You will ruin the engine if you dont drain it out completely and replace the oil filter and you will need to do this twice also the car will smoke and very deep while smoke between 20 to 45 minutes and you should add a fuel additive just to help keep the fuel system clean.
