  1. Cow brains, pig intestines, pig hooves, chicken foot soups, cockroaches. Yes, people really do eat this stuff.

    I find cow brains to be extremely delicious.


  2. This is very hard to answer because Mexico is a country with such a variety of food that its almost impossible to chose.

    Contrary to what many ignorant people know, Mexico has a highly prestigious cuisine:

    Chiles en nogada is a traditional plate served only in august and September since it requires pomegranate and nuts.

    Mole is another one, and it can be cooked in so many ways as people who make it.

    chiles rellenos

    corundas

    tamales

    morisqueta

    trucha

    arroz

    frijoles

    nopales (prepared 100's of ways)
