What are the demographics of the ghettos in other countries?

Here in the US, the inner-city is usually inhabited by mostly non-white immigrants. The African-American population unfortunately makes up over 3/4 of the population of the American inner-cities, or ghettos. I was wondering what it was like in other countries, where the immigration and minority levels are not so high. What is the inner-city like in Paris? in Tokyo? in Sydney? etc...

  1. All European nations, or other predominately white areas, have the same "challenges" of diversity in their big cities. They are failing at it just as we are.
