  1. any food which can cause or assist in constipation or straining ,soft diet rich in fiber is recommended ,and drink plenty of fluids ,of course some food act differently on each individual u will know by your own experience which food constipates u and which doesnt and google online for recommended diets or from a dietitican


  2. i dont know what dry piles are, plenty of fibre anyway
