  1. Trees in plantation forest will be planted because of some useful end use - like pine trees for wood production. In this case the trees will be planted in a uniform manner, and there will probably be only one species of tree. In a native forest, where the trees have naturally occurred, there will be greater diversity of species, and the trees will probably be older and not disturbed by logging.

Trees in cities will normally be planted because people like how they look, so they might be a different species that comes from a different part of the world. trees in cities are more likely to be cut back or pruned than those in native forests.

  2. God planted a forest. Man planted the city trees.

  3. Forest trees usually pop up naturally, unless planted by rangrs or conservationists. There they have a rich, organic soil to thrive in.

City trees are planted, usually after the rich topsoil has been scraped away, leveled and built on. Most city trees are planted without considering the long term affects. Sure, they look nice, but they can show sihgns of stress years after planting. I'm always disappointed in our city when they plant trees. Once stuck in the ground, they're pretty much ignored and many have died. So sad. If you're near the forest, enjoy every minute of it!

  4. a forest is in the country side   and city trees are in cities

  5. city trees are neat the city,

  6. nothing, forest trees are usually a lot older, so their much bigger.
