What are the difference in adapting & purchasing a child ?

After you are fineshed adapting a child & the amount of money

you have to pay and to whime, it's no difference in the two words because in this case there are on difference @ all. and that's a shame

If it is done for any financial consideration it is illegal - both party may land up in jail. It is illegal everywhere in the world.
