What are the differences between Lipodrene and Lipodrene-SR?

Question

I know that Lipodrene contains ephedra and the SR version doesn't; and that's all I know. As far as effectiveness, which dietary supplement is better? Thanks.

SR usually means sustained release.  Meaning it doesn't all go in your system right away, it releases the drug slowly over a period of hours.  Usually people prefer this version of any drug.  Not such a shock to the system and works all day/night.
