What are the differences between USA junior olympic volleyball and just volleyball?

I know it's probably more competitive, but are there any more differences? thanks!

  1. It is usually more competitive.  USA Volleyball has rules such as age.  You can never play juniors volleyball in an age group that is younger than your age.  (If you are 16, you can not play in the 15 and under division.  However, you can play in the 17 and under division.)  You can not play with a club and then switch during the same season.  You play for championships.  Tournaments are on the weekends except for nationals.  You can play in local tournaments or national tournaments.

    slightly different rules. ex: libero cant serve in JO.

    if you must pick, and you want more fun, id say JO.
