  1. time, food, and your bill......

  2. 1. The quality of the food

    2. Nice presentation

    3. But of course higher prices

  3. In fine dine cuisine, foods are made from scratch by specially trained individuals called chefs. Each dish is prepared in the morning with great care and the menu is often planned by what is in season or linked to a particular country. People often go for fine cuisine because they want somthing different and food to be prepared with a sense of good taste. Sometimes each dish is made whilst you wait. These foods are sometimes served with wine.

Fast food is made usually from processed foods. The food is assembled by unskilled staff who usually only use basic cooking skills. They should have some form of food hygiene training though and the ability not to hurt themselves or others. Often fast food takes little account of the tastes of those eating in their establishments but there are some exceptions.

I guess that's a key area for debate. I love street food weather it's ground nut stew or satay or dosa or spring rolls. Sometimes well prepared fast food when done in a traditional manner can be heavenly.
