What are the major differences in the DuBois' and Washington's opinions? Analyze DuBois’ attack on Washington’s position.

I suppose you are talking about Booker T Washington.  I'm no expert but it seems that Washington was trying to work within the system at the time and Dubois was a social reformer which I would say works outside the system.  Washington was able to get money for projects such as schools, opening as many as 5000, I believe.  He made friends with wealthy people and government officials becoming the first African American invited to a White House dinner.  I suppose Dubois was not impressed with the secret funding of court cases that Washington preferred, thinking that Washington should be up front about things but Washington acted in a manner that was most beneficial to his desire to raise money for schools.
