  4. a non-luminous flame is produce when there is a lot of oxygen in the surrounding.Whilst the luminous flame is produce when there is not a lot of oxygen in the surrounding.Which means a non-luminous flame is formed when the air hole is open while the luminous flame is formed when the air hole is closed.DONT'T BELIVE THEN GO DO IT URSELF!
