What are the differences between the German spoken in Austria, and the Standard German?

hi, i live in florida and was born in germany and speak it fluently and actually went to austria last winter to go skiing...I'm 13, and well, the difference is that in austria they kind of like put a weird accent thing on the end of each word. its pretty much the same; some words are a little different but its easy for me to understand.... hope this helps!
